Grand Zaman Beach Hotel

Big added value Grand Zaman Garden hotel in Alanya is a kids club. But that club is special only because of special stuff: Oya and Lilly. They are very dedicated, put all of heart ❤️ in job, passion and pure emotions shared with kids. Kids admire them. My daughter started day with question "When we are going to kids club?". This hotel is lucky to have this adorable workers Oya and Lilly. Every day they prepared different creative tasks for kids, to make something with hands. Easer way is to give them toys and supervision but not they decide to make every day special for kids. Because of that I am sure that my daughter remembers this days on holidays special because of Oya and Lilly. Thank you for all of your love 💕 Ivana & Iskra ♥️♥️

The hotel looked like very luxurious and interesting from the outside. I went inside the lobby to see the interrior. Two local men came and talked to mee to see if I was a resident of the hotel. One of them grabbed my arm rudely and aggressivly to see a bracelet of another all inclusive hotel. They asked me what I was doing there and I answered that I wanted to come in and see the inside. When I walked outside one of them started following me and he shouted something in english or turkish which I could not comprehend. Then one of the men said to me that I was not welcomed there. At first I was impressed by the looks and thinking about spending my next holiday there. Now that the two employees treated me horribly I will certainly stay far away from this hotel. Edit: The owners of the hotel are commenting that this is malicious spam, which is certainly not the case. There are many other reviews, which are stating that the staff there is unfriendly. Instead of denying the issue you should confront your staff and stop being rude to people whether they are your guests or not.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, first impression was wow and i really liked it we had great food, the personnel was nice and we had great sun and bath days. A week after they served chicken and fish just as they did the first week so if your a person that likes variation then maybe you should chose another hotel, the salads are great and you have a lot to chose. And one time we accidentally broke one glass, so i headed to the personal working there and said if they could help me and there’s answer was “Well thats your problem” so that wasn’t something i didn’t like And the other time one from our family went to the gym to exercise a little bit and then a personal working at the hotel came and asked if she wanna be his friend, and she said no and he didn’t like it so he asked for her Snapchat and he saw she was on it so she couldn’t lie about it so he gave his snap to her and expected her to accept it, very unprofessional done of him. So my rate for this hotel ends up in 3 stars Work on: ✅All inclusive ✅Room ✅Pool/Bar ❎Personal very unprofessional ❎Food - Please make variations not only chicken and Fish ❎No shows, or concerts - other hotels has it

The hotel is almost perfect, accommodation is excellent, restaurants and food are perfect, staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect, 700m from the city center, the Internet connection is thought something that needs both patience and work. This hotel that makes other 4* looks like a camper, in other words, one of the best 4* hotels in Alanya. Well, almost perfect. The hotel beach (beach 8) is something staff and management should and cannot be proud of. All of the front row sun beds are constantly "reserved" by either the same people or ghosts who place their towels on the exactly the same sun beds and never show up during the day. Suddenly, even though the sun beds are free, the "beach guy" removes the towels for some paying guests tha are not even guests at the hotel. The issue has been raised with the reception staff few times, but absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the aforementioned issue. This is the only reason why I give 1 star.
